Welcome to the webpage for the Metro Region's 2009 Grand Classic.  Our region of the CCCA is fully committed to providing the "Grandest" of Grand Classic experiences.  While our team is putting the final touches on this premier event, we have already secured a fine hotel and arranged a special welcome reception, for your pleasure.

This webpage will provide up-to-date information regarding itineraries, registration, etc...please check here often for the latest updates.

TO ALL OF OUR VISITORS:  If you plan on attending our Grand Classic solely to view the cars on Saturday (Show Day) - you are welcome to - for FREE!  It is our pleasure to welcome you to our show field!  Our show field is open to all spectators, whether you are a CCCA member or not. Questions?  Contact either of our Grand Classic Coordinators: John or Ralph.

However, if you plan on participating in any of the other activities of Grand Classic Weekend, all fees, including registration fees, late fees, membership requirements, etc... apply.

 

  Kids' Photography Contest at the Grand Classic! 

Nobody can ever say the Metro Region doesn't think outside the box!  Metro Member, Henry Uiga, conceived the idea of having a Kids' Photography Contest at our upcoming Grand Classic!  Wow!  That's a great way to get the next generation involved!  Get all the details, including the deadlines - and the PRIZES - right here!

6:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. Welcome Reception, Morris Museum of Arts & Sciences in Morristown, NJ (Jacket Required).
 

Welcoming Cocktail Party with heavy hors d’oeuvres and dessert.  Bob Turnquist, a Trustee of the Morris Museum, has arranged a special tour with the Curator of the new museum wing which holds the fascinating Guinness Collection of living dolls and musical instruments.  This is the only collection of its kind in the world and was donated to the Morris Museum by the Guinness family of England.

** An activity registration must also be made for anyone entering a car in the event, even if they are not attending any of the activities.  An activity registration is also required for each adult attending the Museum or Banquet, whether they are members or guests.
