Metro’s Fall Foliage Tour - October 15, 2023
Meeting at a member’s barn, 40 participants enjoyed breakfast treats and a wonderful collection of Full Classic and antique cars before embarking on a 35 mile tour. Driving on the beautiful country roads of northwest New Jersey, we culminated at another member’s fine collection of original Classics with a superb lunch. The day and colors were perfect as was the company – a grand time was had by all.
Metro’s Brew Pub Excursion - May 21, 2023
On the 21st of May, 16 Metro participants enjoyed an excursion through the historic country roads of Northwestern New Jersey ending up with a delicious lunch at the Long Valley Brew Pub. The weather was great, the roads were grand and the company exceptional.
A Fun Time for All !
Metro’s Spring Kick-off Multi-Club Event on Saturday, April 15, 2023
More than 100 participants from several car clubs around New Jersey gathered at a Metro member’s collection in South Jersey for a fantastic event. We enjoyed a fabulous assortment of cars both inside and out as well as terrific food, wonderful music, and great camaraderie.
Please note that 1959 Cadillacs along with many of the other cars at the event are not Full Classics® as recognized by the CCCA.
2023 CCCA Annual Meeting - March 29 – April 2 - Philadelphia, PA
Spring was in full swing when Classic Car Club members arrived in Philadelphia, staying at the Ritz Carlton Hotel. A welcome reception began the events, followed by business meetings and tours to the NB Center in Allentown, PA and the Ross Myers Collection in Boyertown, PA. A special dinner at the historic Union League on Friday was followed the next day by the Grand Classic at the famous Simeone Museum in Philadelphia. Saturday evening the Awards Banquet, held at the museum among the Classics, culminated an extraordinarily enjoyable weekend.
